INTAKE INSTRUCTIONS FOR ARTISTS, CRAFTERS, STUDENT ARTISTS & ART IN THE PARLOUR

Thank you for registering! We're excited for a fantastic year ahead, especially with so many talented
artists, crafters & students participating! Below are instructions and information on what to expect the day of the event, where to register, and to download any additional forms you may need.

Space Requirements & Judging Details
The Gallery provides each Exhibitor with a 10 x 10 space for you to set up with your own tables, shelves, chairs, canopy, etc. Artists may select 3 of their original works that have not been previously submitted to the Gallery of the Arts Jury, for judging.
NOTE: If there are multiple artists exhibiting in a space, only 3 works may be submitted for judging and the artists names and contact information must be included on the registration.
Set up Rules
We cannot accept space location requests as these are determined by the timing of your arrival.
Please have the work prominently displayed and ready on time for the judges. It is important that your contact information be correct and that your Booth number is prominently displayed on the TOP RIGHT corner of your canopy.
Displays must not block sidewalks and be clear of any packing materials or other tripping hazards. No electric is available for exhibitors. Booths may not be shared unless you applied together. If there are multiple artists exhibiting in a space, only 3 works may be submitted for judging and the artists names and contact information must be included on the registration. All artwork must be original and made by you. Violation will result in removal from the show. Artists are not permitted to change spaces or move their setup without permission from the festival directors.
Our festival goes on, rain or shine! In the rare and unfortunate case of extreme weather we would relocate to a location TBD and you will be notified of the alternate venue.
Fees cannot be refunded due to cancellations, weather, or other issues.
The Exhibitor (artist) agrees to assume all liability for and indemnify Sellersville Borough, Pennridge Gallery of the Arts, volunteers, and other vendors from and against any and all claims, with loss of life, personal injury, and or property damage, theft, arising from or out of installation, setup, operation and dismantling of exhibit. All artwork and property left overnight is at your own risk.
