7:00 am – Streets close

8:00 am – Artists arrive to set up

10:00 am – Judging begins

9:30 am – Crafters arrive to set up

11:00 am – All cars off the street

12:00 noon – Event opens

5:00 pm – Event ends

7:00 pm – Streets open

All Artists must register before Aug 17, 2012 to qualify for judging. All crafter and artist participants must sign-in behind the Sellersville Fire House on September 18th to confirm pre-registration and attendance. Once confirmed, you will receive a car pass. This car pass will permit access to enter (one time only) on to Main Street to drop off artwork or craft at the assigned location. In addition, this pass will be used to gain access into the reserved parking area. If you are not using the reserved parking location, your car pass will be collected upon exiting Main Street. Please keep this car pass visible on your vehicle dashboard at all times to prevent car from being towed. Artists should arrive by 8 AM so that booths are set up and ready by 10 AM when judging begins.
